I share President Trump's outage at the images of civilians brutally attacked with chemical weapons. However, I fear we do not have all the facts and am skeptical that more military action in the Middle East will serve America's national interest.

I urge our President to present any evidence to Congress for them to debate and decide whether more force is authorized, as our Constitution requires.
