#FDA’s actions on youth e-cigarette use include retailer blitz to crack down on illegal sale of JUUL to minors. We’re also requiring JUUL Labs to submit important documents to better understand reportedly high rates of youth use/appeal of these products:

Since early March, #FDA has issued 40 warning letters to retailers for illegal sales of JUUL products to minors as a result of the blitz and sustained enforcement efforts to reduce tobacco product sales to youth. Additional warning letters are expected: h

I hope these actions send a clear message to all tobacco product manufacturers/ retailers that the #FDA is taking on this issue w/ urgency, and if kids are flocking to your product or you’re illegally selling these products to kids, you’re on FDA’s radar:
