@HilditaVan @StarDanielle That ruling applies to constituents, and by legal definition that means people, men, women, children, not cats, dogs, iguanas, cows, pigs, guinea pigs, gerbils, frogs, fish, etc @HilditaVan . The law is for public officials in office, which I'm not, yet. FWIW I like cats & pets.
