I’m watching “It’s a Wonderful Life.” Many know the town in the film (“Bedford Falls”) is based on Seneca Falls, NY, a lovely, and getting better. But even the bad alternative reality in the film (crowded clubs and bars) looks ok... Too many upstate towns are just empty...
