NY Congressional candidate Roger Misso (D) wants .@GovCuomo to suspend ballot access signature requirements b/c of #COVID19. IMHO threshhold for valid signatures should be lowered fm 1250 as per Rockefeller v. Powell, electronic signatures allowed & petitioning extended 30 days.
