Honestly, still thinking through it. My instinct is that the better thing to do is temporarily increase unemployment insurance. That would be more targeted than just indiscriminately shooting checks out to every American. QT @JCarpenter35: @anthonygonzalez what're your thoughts on cash payments directly to citizens?)
