@Kenneth33071904 @OmanReagan In hawaii we have the prepaid healthcare act - so while everything is more expensive in hawaii, healthcare is not. So, yes, that works better than the rest of the country but still not ideal. Bernie sponsored my Medicaid public option bill in 2018.
