Tom Del Beccaro who is handling one of the recall Recall efforts for Gavin Newsom is a former 1 term CRP Chair who bankrupted the Republican Party in California. Jim Brulte the new chairman at the time had to clean up his mess. We still haven’t recovered from till this day.
