Biden’s mantra of “keep the faith” isn’t new. He’s used it his entire public life. He attributes it to something his grandmother would always say to him. She got it from St. Paul’s Letter to Timothy: “I’ve fought the good fight, I’ve finished the race; I’ve kept the faith.”
