This week marks the 50th anniversary of the landmark #HorseProtectionAct. The law was meant to stop soring, which inflicts pain on a horse’s legs to produce an unnatural gait, but sadly the abuse still exists. It is #PASTAct time to end this cruel and unnecessary torture.
