@nickrmanes If #MI03 had Montcalm there could *maybe* be an argument (tho not a great one) but even the most charitable don’t use M-82 as an “Up North” dividing line. US-10 north of Baldwin/Ludington is acceptable minimum threshold (cuts above Midland which is definitely not “Up North”).
