Following the news regarding the J&J vaccine, our media briefing has been moved from to 12:00 p.m. to allow Gov. Scott, Sec. Smith, Commissioner Levine and others to hear from the White House directly on a 11 a.m. phone call. They will update Vermonters on what they hear at 12.
