As a former prosecutor, I disagree with Bruce Castor’s promise not to prosecute Bill Cosby in exchange for Cosby to testify. But once that agreement was made, it was wrong for prosecutors to then prosecute Cosby. The government should not violate 5th Amendment rights, period.
