@stuartcturnbull @StateDept @POTUS Troops were reinserted because they were reduced to levels that couldn’t ensure the security of U.S. citizens on the ground. That was clearly poor planning in real time. This article said we had air capabilities. Where was the support as Kabul fell? It was non-existent.
