Last year, 5 big oil companies made $154 billion in profits, spent $13 billion in stock buybacks & handed out $69 million in compensation to their CEOs. Today, gas prices are over $4, up more than 40 cents in 1 week as a result of unprecedented corporate greed. Unacceptable.
