2/2 Maybe DOE intended to say this. But the state should pay the additional postage & count people’s votes. The ballot envelope says only a 1st class stamp is needed. Then DOE says more is needed. Pls confirm @ak_elections will pay 4 short postage & ballots will count. Thank you.
