@AndyHoffmann12 Thoughts on this: A few weeks ago, I visited an alfalfa farm and talked with farmers. It's an incredibly-complicated issue. Factors such as 'use it or lose it' water laws and our trade deficit with China contribute to the reason we grow alfalfa in Utah.
