With the release of the #TrumpBudget we see yet another attempt from the administration to bypass Congress and divert funds from the military to pay for @realDonaldTrump's vanity project.
One year ago today, the House voted on a bipartisan basis to reject @realDonaldTrump's attempt to declare a national emergency and circumvent the will of Congress in order to pay for his useless border wall.
