Pfizer deserves credit for developing the first vaccine & manufacturing as quickly as they can, but they still haven't provided a reason they haven't licensed competitors to get doses more quickly. This is a crisis until everyone in America & the world, is vaccinated. (3/3)

I urge them to license that the competing companies to also manufacture the vaccine as soon as possible, but so far, Pfizer is refusing to do this. (2/3)

As I sit on the dais during the #Inauguration, I’m struck at how profoundly different this Inaugural ceremony is from previous years. I’m confident that under the new administration, we will rebuild and emerge stronger than ever.

I don’t know when they security situation in the Capitol will be resolved but my Democratic colleagues and I are ready to complete the process. As soon as the Capitol is secure, we should resume and we should complete our work.
