RT @USCommercialSvc: Thanks Sen. @ChrisCoons for joining the #exportswin ceremony today recognizing #Delaware exporters! https://t.co/7hI7P4ogb2
Democrats are running on our record: bringing down the cost of Rx drugs, keeping our streets safe, and creating jobs. Republicans? They don't have a plan. https://t.co/WhcX15TuVj
We still have much further to go, but there's good news if you need to fill up your tank: the price of a gallon of gas is down $1.25 since the start of the summer, and once again, it's falling for weeks at a time. https://t.co/fiTyU8NNuW
RT @aterkel: Sen. @ChrisCoons introduces election reform bill to fix problems at the polls http://t.co/Vg3MOIcK
Hydrogen is: ✅the most abundant element in the universe ✅the future of our clean energy economy ✅a source of good-paying jobs for Delawareans Glad I could join @SenatorCarper, @RepLBR and @Chemours to cut the ribbon at the @UDelaware Center for Clean Hydrogen in Newark.

This is a big deal: The Senate came together to protect planet and create jobs in Delaware and across the United States. https://t.co/2Bon7ANbsm
Let's make sure every American can fully appreciate #ConstitutionDay by reinvesting in a nationwide understanding of our founding documents. That's the idea behind my bill with @SenCornyn to bolster civics and history education in our country. https://t.co/94QYXK79Bg
I had the honor this week of speaking at the Delaware Military Academy's 9/11 Ceremony to share in the remembrance of the 3,000 lives, including a dozen Delawareans, who were taken away from us 21 years ago today.
Today, we honor the lives of those we lost, we recognize the sacrifices of the first responders who risked their lives that day, and we recommit ourselves to the values of our nation.
RT @CARE: Thank you @ChrisCoons, @SenatorLeahy & @LindsayGrahamSC for recognizing the importance of global #COVID funding and… https://t.co/ccY3qJZLC0
The execution of pro-democracy activists by the Burmese military junta last weekend is appalling. This is only the latest example of the junta’ brutal disregard for human rights, and the US must ensure the perpetrators of this abuse are held accountable.
@SimoneBiles When we passed the largest gun safety and mental health bill in a generation last month, it was in large part because of her tireless efforts (and, her husband @MarkKelly is a pretty decent coworker). https://t.co/pQwmO676fW
This decision won't just weaken @POTUS' ability to reduce greenhouse gasses–it will lead to faster climate change that puts people in Delaware and around the world at greater risk. Congress must respond by working across the aisle to enact ambitious, enduring climate solutions. QT @cnnbrk: The Supreme Court curbs the federal government’s ability to fight climate change. The decision is one of the most c… https://t.co/p1JAfinygL)
Last week, I met with Delaware State Police Captain Jennifer Griffin, who spoke at an event my fellow Law Enforcement Caucus Co-Chair @SenRoyBlunt and I hosted on Law Enforcement Safety and Wellness. https://t.co/YBmZ9c5tvJ
Last month, the Climate Solutions Caucus met with @running_tide, @theGCF, and @systemiq to discuss innovations in CO2 removal and investments in ocean health. Thanks @SenatorCollins @SenatorBraun for joining – we need both sides of the aisle working to protect our oceans. https://t.co/3hvDE88SwY
There are more ways to improve gun safety, address community mental health challenges, and make our country one that truly values the lives of our children. I’m committed to finding common ground solutions that will help save lives. https://t.co/ZZMh7uGmhg
When we say #NeverAgain today, we do so in the shadow of the mass graves in Bucha and Mariupol, and the knowledge that that half of Ukraine’s children – boys and girls who were Madeleine’s age – have been displaced by Russia’s brutal invasion.
We cannot reflect on the horrors of the past today without recognizing the horrors of the present. And we cannot commemorate this solemn day and declare “never again” without doing our part to grapple with the genocide in Ukraine.
Too often do we task officers with responding to mental health crises without giving them the appropriate resources & trainings. My new bill would create a structure that connects mental health professionals to officers to create better outcomes for those in need. QT @TheStateNews: There’s nothing trivial about mental illness, but some cases are clearly more dire than others are. https://t.co/e1zR96IPOe)
