I think we have a new nickname for our Congressman: Sensitive Rick. I have never seen a politician bristle so easily at even the slightest criticism.

Yesterday, @RepRickCrawford complained at then Delta Grassroots Caucus about personal hits against him when the the questioners were simply disagreeing with him on stricter work requirements for SNAP benefits - a move that has stalled the typically bipartisan Farm Bill.

My dad moved to the U.S. understood that opportunity existed here. He worked a fast food restaurant and became a manager soon after. He still works there to this day and I simply do not know anybody who works as hard as he does. I hope I’ve made him proud
