I ask Oklahomans to join the @OKFirstLady and me in praying for the officers who were injured, their families and the Tulsa Police Department. This senseless attack is a reminder of the dangers our law enforcement officers face daily.
Can’t visit Perry without stopping by the Kemnitz Service Station to see Craig. Craig’s family has owned the oldest continuously operated gas station in our state for 65 years. Proud of Oklahoma businesses and all they do for their communities. https://t.co/BPG9s1JkyR

So far 67 cities & counties requested reimbursement for #COVID19 expenses totaling more than $7.5 million & we expect to see the number of reimbursement applications to double in July. But we are committed to helping local governments navigate what is eligible to be reimbursed.
We’re also working with cities & counties on how to invest in public health & safety measures to improve how they deliver services while we keep confronting the presence of #COVID19.
I formed the CARES FORWARD team & they've built a robust platform to get these funds out the door efficiently & effectively. Within 10 days of receiving reimbursements from the cities & counties, we've approved 30% of requests & are set to finish the rest before the end of June.
Two months ago, Oklahoma received roughly $1.2 billion from the CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Fund & we were instructed to set up a thorough process to reimburse state agencies, cities & counties for expenses incurred due to #COVID19.
With robust testing & tracing in place, significant hospital capacity & massive amounts of PPE in our stockpile, our state remains well prepared to fight this virus until a vaccine is developed. But #COVID19 is still in the U.S. & it’s still in Oklahoma.
We are monitoring our data very closely & I want to remind Oklahomans to take precautions to protect themselves & their families against this virus. We must remain safe & responsible.
Moving forward, We will continue to position Oklahoma to recover from this crisis as quickly as possible & continue towards becoming a Top 10 state. Watch full press conference⤵️ https://t.co/Xpyl9uA7oX
