@lasc1943 I am sorry to hear that it runs in your family. Stress does make it worse, but some things are worth it. Fighting for proper healthcare for my fellow Georgian's is worth it. Fighting so that people with this same disease get proper care is worth the extra stress.

People tell me to quit; to drop out. No. My illness does not define me. It makes things harder, sure, but it also is part of why I am here. Healthcare is a right. When you have a chronic illness, quality, affordable healthcare is essential.

@kbird1974 Have you applied for disability? If you have health issues preventing you from working, you should be able to apply for disability. You would need your physician's assistance to fill out the paperwork, but it could be done. Let me know if I can be of assistance.
