I reviewed the Mueller Report this afternoon. William Barr’s previous 4-page summary clearly did not reflect the gravity of the President’s actions... the ball is in Congress’ court.

When acts of white supremacy and violence take place, we expect our leaders to condemn them in the strongest terms. Take notice of who speaks up and who does not.

Yet another example of the President's dehumanizing immigration policies. First, it was building a wall. Now, Trump wants to "release" "an unlimited supply" of immigrants into "sanctuary cities." We are better than this people. #newvoice #newleadership

(7) like “bribery” and “extortion” or “quid pro quo” will help the House managers who will argue the case before the Senate. The managers won’t be required to go down a rabbits hole trying to fit Trump’s actions into the elements of a federal crime.

(8) Instead, they will have the easier task of arguing that President Trump’s actions corrupted and subverted political processes and institutions in ways that clearly were an “abuse of power.” On that note, I would suggest a fellow law professor, @jamie_raskin be named...

(8) If Jerry N. and his committee conclude -- based on facts and law -- that Trump's impeachable acts (it can be more than one, folks!) are sufficient to justify trial, then Jerry puts together a report, sends it to the House stating that one or more Articles of Impeachment...

(9) be considered and ultimately adopted. Note this could be for a number of offenses, including obstruction of justice from several years ago, or the most recent relevation of Trump's alleged improper communication with Ukraine regarding Joe Biden, and perhaps more...
