The U.S. withdraw from Afghanistan, and the Taliban takeover may be hard for those who have served or are currently serving in Afghanistan. If you or someone you love is questioning the meaning of your service, or having moral distress, there are many resources available.
I cannot support more excessive spending that will drive inflation and raise taxes on the American people. This bipartisan, 5-year hard infrastructure bill will not survive the vote if it is linked with a multi-trillion dollar human infrastructure bill.
