@TalentedMrMac That’s worth dialogue - but not what NYS adopted. It’s all or nothing approach to a menu of crimes leaves no assessment of risk to life or others. The state law ended a very successful diversion effort in Dutchess - resulting in more forms and harmed lives.

@goguins66 This is simply not true. The Democratic map isn’t “fair,” it’s gluttonous & was bipartisan - it was their map. If you’re right, the State Legislature will simply approve the Democratic map. They won’t. Why? Because they want to draw the maps themselves.
