Today, only about 23% of the 3- and 4-year-olds in Arizona have access to publicly-funded preschool. The GOP Leader's speech is delaying a vote on the #BuildBackBetter Act which will provide universal, high-quality, free preschool for every 3- and 4-year old in America.
