I agree with your statement from the 2018 debate, that ethics investigations take months if not longer to uncover the facts and that is too long when the integrity of an elected official is in question.

I am writing to you today with eight questions, that should be able to resolve questions that the public have in regards to your confession of having an extramarital affair that stretched across years including during your time as Congressman for the people of the Fourth District

1. How did your Congressional staff know about the affair? 2. Did they participate in assisting you in trying to cover it up? 3. Did they know because you accessed hush funds in an attempt to cover it up?

8. What influence and pressure did you use against Ms. Linder to try to keep this affair secret? 9. Please explain the timing of your confession of the affair?

4. Do you oppose the use of congressional hush funds? 5. Should congressional hush funds be eliminated? 6. Should every elected official who has used hush funds have their name published?

7. Seven times you used campaign funds for private lodging in Las Vegas even though you own a home in Las Vegas. Was this use of campaign funds done for your affair, if not why were they used?
