I join the rest of the Georgia Bulldogs in mourning the loss of Coach Vince Dooley. Coach Dooley’s led the dawgs to six SEC championships and a national championship in 1980 during his legendary career. Vivien and I are praying for the Dooley family at this time.

The way this legislation was written would literally pay off all USDA farm debt plus 20% for farmers who aren't white, even non citizens. As written, there's no requirement of proof of discrimination. As long as you aren't white, you get 120% of your outstanding debt as of 1/1/21
