Description

Primary hyperparathyroidism is a common human endocrinopathy, and cyclin D1 (PRAD1) oncogene overexpression contributes to the pathogenesis of up to 40% of parathyroid adenomas. The proposed studies are designed to address the mechanisms through which cyc
