Description

Chronic Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The HBV X protein (pX) is implicated in HCC pathogenesis by an unknown mechanism. The long term goals of this study are to determine how pX initiates hepatocyte transfo
