This project is focused on elucidating molecular mechanisns of skeletal abnormalities in tricho-rhino-phalangeal syndrome.Mutations of the human TRPS1 gene cause a dominantly inherited skeletal dysplasia tricho-rhino-phalangeal syndrome (TRPS). Although
