Our data indicates that the Dectin-1 beta-glucan receptor is essential for defense against Aspergillus fumigatus, the etiological agent of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA). We will uncover innate anti-fungal mechanisms mediated by Dectin-1 expressin
