BCR/ABL fusion tyrosine kinase results from t(9;22) reciprocal chromosomal translocation and is leukemogenic only when expressed in a hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) with self-renewal capacity thereby inducing leukemia stem cell (LSC). LSCs are capable to
