Description

This project aims to deploy 3G UMTS fixed and mobile wireless broadband coverage at speeds of at least 7.2 Mbps down and 3.6 Mbps up, in 11, primarily rural, eastern Illinois counties with limited broadband penetration. The proposed funded service area co
