Trauma Care Amendments Act of 1993 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to: (1) increase (from 12 to 13) the number of members of the Advisory Council on Trauma Care Systems; (2) include on the Council an individual who has been a trauma patient at a designated trauma center, to be appointed for a four-year term; and (3) require that at least four (currently, 25 percent) of the members be knowledgeable concerning rural areas.
