Catawba Indian Tribe of South Carolina Land Claims Settlement Act of 1993 - Restores and extends Federal recognition, rights, and services to the Catawba Nation (Tribe). Repeals the Termination Act (of 1959). (Sec. 5) Authorizes settlement appropriations.
