Bill Summary
Rental-Purchase Reform Act of 1993 - Amends the Consumer Credit Protection Act to set forth information required to be disclosed by merchants to consumers under rental-purchase agreements. Regulates the collection and advertising practices of such merchants. Authorizes consumers to bring civil charges in any U.S. district court for violations of this Act.
