Upon adoption of this resolution, it shall be in order to consider the conference report and amendments in disagreement on the bill. All points of order against the conference report and against its consideration shall be waived. The conference report and amendments in disagreement, and motions printed in the joint explanatory statement of the committee of conference to dispose of amendments in disagreement shall be considered as read.
