Directs the Architect of the Capitol to: (1) restore the Portrait Monument (a statue of Lucretia Mott, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, and Susan B. Anthony) and place it in the Rotunda of the Capitol for one year at which time it, along with an appropriate educational display, shall be moved to a permanent site and an alternative statue shall be placed in the Rotunda; and (2) make all necessary arrangements for a rededication ceremony of the Monument...
