Fugitive Felon Welfare Elimination Act of 1995 - Amends title XIX (Medicaid), part A (Aid to Families with Dependent Children) (AFDC) of title IV, and title XVI (Supplemental Security Income) of the Social Security Act (SSA), as well as the Food Stamp Act of 1977 and the United States Housing Act of 1937, to eliminate specified benefits with respect to fugitive felons and probation and parole violators.
