Bill Summary
Amends rule XXVIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives to require the explanatory statement that accompanies each report made by a committee of conference that repeals or amends any statute or part thereof to include: (1) the text of such statute or part; and (2) a comparative print showing, by appropriate typographical devices, the omissions and insertions proposed to be made.
