Bill Summary
Graphic Postcard Act of 1997 - Amends the Federal criminal code to prohibit, and set penalties for, the mailing of violent or graphic depictions on postcards, but permits matter with such depictions to be mailed if specified conditions are met, including that such matter is enclosed in an envelope that bears on the outside in conspicuous and legible type notice of the contents of the mailing.
