Bill Summary
Directs the Secretary of Agriculture, with respect to the Emigrant Wilderness in the Stanislaus National Forest, California, to enter into an agreement with a non-Federal entity to retain, maintain, and operate at private expense 18 concrete dams and weirs at levels that applied to them before enactment of a specified Act (January 3, 1975).
