Bill Summary
Drive for Teen Employment Act - Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to prohibit employees under age 17 from driving automobiles and trucks on public roadways. Allows employees who are age 17 to drive automobiles and trucks on public roadways, subject to certain distance, work-hour, and other restrictions.
