Army Reserve-National Guard Equity Reimbursement Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Army to reimburse individuals who, as members of the Army, were deployed to or from Europe during the period beginning on October 1, 1996, and ending on May 31, 1997, in support of operations in Bosnia for expenses incurred in the shipment of personal property if such shipment, if made on June 1, 1997, would otherwise have been covered by a temporary change...
