Bill Summary
Federal Pay Fairness Act of 1998 - Amends Federal law concerning Government organization and employees to modify the conditions that must be met before the President may provide for an alternative pay plan or an alternative level of comparability payments. Applies the new standards starting with any alternative pay adjustments and any alternative level of comparability payments scheduled to take effect after 1998.
