Requires the Adminstrator of General Services to convey to the town of New Castle, New Hampshire, a certain parcel of Federal land currently leased to the town. Permits the land conveyed to be used to replace certain Land and Water Conservation Fund-assisted land in such town and requires it to be of reasonably equivalent recreational usefulness and location.
