Military Retired Pay Restoration Act of 1998 - Amends Federal armed forces provisions to repeal: (1) a reduction in retirement pay applicable to individuals who first became members after July 31, 1986, had less than 30 years of military service, and were under 62 years of age at the time of retirement; (2) a reduced annual cost-of- living adjustment in the retired pay of such individuals; and (3) a provision restoring the full retirement...
