Bill Summary
Allows a Member of the House of Representatives to return to the Treasury, to be used for deficit reduction, any amount remaining in his or her Representational Allowance at the end of the session of Congress or other period for which the allowance is made available. Requires, after each such period, publication in the Congressional Record of a statement showing the amount returned by each Member and the total returned by all Members.
